The Beat 94.5 studios are located on the south-east corner of West 2nd Avenue and Yukon Street in Vancouver, just east of the Cambie Street Bridge and across Yukon from Starbucks.

The entrance to The Beat's office is located off West 2nd Avenue and we are located on the 3rd floor.

Listeners can park in front of the building or at the back while visiting our studios. However, be aware of the parking restrictions on the south side of West 2nd - parking ends at 3pm!

If travelling by transit, The Beat's office is 1 block east of the Olympic Village Canada Line station. The #84 VCC/UBC bus also stops within blocks of the station.
