To listen to The Beat on-line, click the “Listen Now!” link at the top of the screen, or find “Listen Live” in the menu. A new window will open and the live stream should start to play.
- The Listen Live Player isn’t working. What should I do?
There are multiple reasons for why the player may not be working on your computer. First, make sure your computer is updated with the latest version of Flash Player. Test the player in different browser types (IE, Firefox, Chrome) to see if it works in one but not the other. There is also a link at the bottom of the player for the low-bandwidth version of the player – try that as well. If none of these troubleshooting options fix the issue and you are using a computer at your place of business, your office IT department may be able to help troubleshoot around any firewall issues.
