Chris Palliser is a Vancouver Island boy who spent many a day in the principal’s office during elementary school for talking in class and is one of the few people who received detention in college for talking.
So needless to say, radio school was an easy choice. Upon graduation, Fort McMurray, Alberta came calling, and Chris said, “Hmmm… -40 winters, let’s do it!”. After a few years there he was off to a much warmer climate, Edmonton, after another couple of freezing winters, it was time to head back home to the West Coast and The Beat 94.5!
He is a guy who enjoys meeting people, laughing, being outdoors, going to concerts, movies, music, the smell of the ocean, the Canucks, the grouse grind (that’s a lie), and of course talking!
Give him a call anytime in studio or come up and say hi when he’s on-location because without you he wouldn’t have the best job in the world! …and be back to +10 winters.
